Dr. Xiang is a Principle Investigator and Staff Scientist in Joint Center for Artificial Photosynthesis (JCAP) at Caltech. The Xiang's group is interested in design, modeling/simulation and experimental demonstration of high efficiency solar-fuel devices, opto-electronic-catalytic modeling of advanced micro/nanostructured photoelectrochemical systems, multi-ion transport modeling in solution and polymer electrolytes, investigation of fundamental energy-conversion/energy-storage properties of semiconductors and (photo)electrochemistry at semiconductor/liquid interfaces.
